Requirements

• LCSW license required
• Minimum 3 years experience in an intensive outpatient behavioral health setting
• Knowledge of collaborative treatment planning and person-centered care
• Knowledge of the OMH re-entry program for forensic clients under AOT
• Proficiency in implementing Suicide Risk Assessments, including suicide screening, safety planning, Risk formulation, and identifying evidenced-based interventions to mitigate risk
• Proficiency in implementing Telehealth Services in compliance with Federal and NYS regulatory guidelines
• SIFI certification eligible
