Job Description

• Ensure all IT projects are delivered in line with all quality, security and compliance rules and policies.
• Work with other teams to design, implement and monitor the effectiveness of the IT support processes and services and ensure high end user satisfaction.
• Plan and manage project delivery and end user support services.
• Design reports, data flow, and application functions.
• Deploy applications at branches (international) if need.
• Assist with the development, delivery and project management.
