1st level support for 100 end users in a mix of office and manufacturing settings. Responsible for installing, testing, monitoring, upgrading, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of computer systems. Responsible for account creation and maintenance. Assists staff by investigating issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Occasional network and server related tasks, as needed. Relies on knowledge and experience to complete tasks. Works under general supervision for task prioritization and goal setting but is responsible for managing and keeping track of day-to-day tasks and other projects. Responsible for maintaining inventory of deployed and available systems. Works with users and IT team to prioritize support requests, to quickly resolve the most critical issues.
