Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. 

 Conduct periodic inspections on assigned equipment according to Preventive Maintenance Schedule (ISO Form 11-01-01-B).

  • Respond to and complete job requisitions according to request forms and summit to Maintenance & Facilities Manager.
  • Research, order, and prepare spare parts as needed.
  • Report any potential problems to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager.
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Interact professionally and diplomatically with managers, co-workers, and vendors.
  • Be available for emergency maintenance.

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma, AA degree in related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in maintaining machines for Printed Circuit Board companies. 
  • Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams.
  • Previous hands on experience with electrical/mechanical tools and test instruments.
  • Good written/verbal communication skills and ability to generate reports of diagnoses of machines and completed task.
  • Must have a professional demeanor and good customer service skills with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum and stand/walk throughout the day.
  • Must be highly motivated and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to perform at the highest level in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
