Job Description

IT Systems Administrator is responsible for maintenance, configuration, and reliability of operational computer systems and servers. The role will require hardware and software installation. He or she will proactively investigate and resolve any issues related to computer and servers by limiting any work disruptions while optimizing work productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site desktop support and conference room support with knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software.
  • Oversee server administration and creates data backup.
  • Manage IT fixed assets and the IT room bare metal.
  • Troubleshoot and support network for both office and production areas.
  • Communicate and work with 3rd party vendors to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with different teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Document and track steps of assigned projects
  • Learn about MES and SMT production and troubleshooting SFC issues.
  • Manipulate and correct SFC data due to user mistakes.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in IT related area
  • 3 year or more IT support experiences is preferred
  • Experience with VMWare ESXi 5.x or above
  • Experience with Microsoft Server 2008 or above
  • Understanding of hardware, software, NAS, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Basic network knowledge is required
  • Cabling knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • Experience with NGFW and Cisco Switch is a plus.
  • Experience with MES and SMT Production is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a plus.
  • Any IT infrastructure certification is a plus.
