Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware and software components
• Detect, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Ensure electrical standards are met
• Repair and replace damaged hardware
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes
• Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders when necessary
• Upgrade the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers
•   Install and upgrade anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level
• Maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
• Provide support to users and be the first point of contact for error reporting
• Establish good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
• Conduct daily backup operations
