Job Description

The OEM/ODM Project Manager is responsible for supporting sales to bring OEM/ODM business solution into mass production in network security market. In addition to serving as the main point of contact for all technical aspects of during the development of ODM/OEM solution, this position will be required to work across internal departments in supporting the customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the transition of new products from pilot production to volume production
  • Timely provide project status update and escalate in urgency
  • Review, compose and respond the proposal for RFQ/RFP/RFI
  • Provide technical presentation to customers
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships across internal teams not limited to Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Production, Quality and Engineer

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of computer products and design/NPI (New Product Introduction) verification and validation processes
  • Strong Knowledge with Computer hardware, firmware and Operating Systems
  • Strong leadership with business savvy
  • Knowledge with LINUX of kernel, driver and script
  • A minimum of 3~5 years of experience in Industrial /embedded PC or network security appliance industry
  • Disciplined, self-motivated, initiative and creative 
  • Ability to identify the priorities under pressure
  • A positive presentation and a can-do attitude
  • BS/ MS degree in engineering major
