Guaranteeing safety and health of employees, respecting environmental regulations and budgeted costs in the annual budget, in order to guarantee the highest standard of quality and excellence in the service.
Operational Line Management (over all lines).
Operate warehouse, line feeding, sequencing.
To analyze and to plan the productive capacity in the line in order to be able to completing the client deliveries program, guaranteeing the quality within a minimum cost. (Shared responsibility with Engineering).
To guarantee the safety and health of employees under his/her responsability, taking part in the design and execution of preventive plans of actions and to fulfill the legislation in this matter. (Shared responsibility with HR and Engineering).
To coordinate training of the personnel, to manage and to control the fulfillment in the enviromental targets in the plant. (Shared responsibility with HR).
To run the ACT Standards and empower the roles of all members within the ACT.
To take part in the design of projects and industrial improvements medium and long term.
To report plant results according to the department indicators.
Stop the assembly process and the delivery of "non conform" products. (Shared responsibility with Plant Manager and Quality).
To focus on standardization, improvement, flexibility, quality.
Conceptual elaboration regarding Layout and Opertations / shared with Engineering & Logistics.
Requirements
Expert in operations, manufacturing and/or engineering and/or maintenance depending on local plant structure
Most current technical knowledge technology / system
Knowledge in interaction of all technical competencies
Experience on JIT/JIS systems (2+ years)
Experience in automotive companies (5+ years)
Knowledge in cross cutting technologies and neighboring industries
Processes / guidelines (ISO TS 16949, client specific requirements)
Industry / client know-how (strategies, technologies, business perspectives)
Experience (>5 years) in related field (Operations)
Project management
Contribution to a client or R&D project for the whole project lifecycle desired
Team and project leadership experience
Test, validate, approve documents
Know how transfer / best practice sharing
Mentoring / Coaching (e.g. developing his employees)
