Responsibilities

• Perform data control, input/output functions in support of manufacturing processing of jobs through production using current procedures
• Enter work order data and maintain WOT spreadsheet
• Track/monitor status of work orders through production.  Maintain current status and updates daily
• Work with Sales to maintain priority list of work orders
• Execute release of work orders and materials to outside sub-contractors
• Work with outside sub-contractors to achieve up-to-date status of work orders through completion
• Work with Purchasing to coordinates shortage fills with sub-contractors
• Work with Sales to tracks work orders from Sales release to shipment
• Update data entry on work order status and movement
• Identify bottlenecks and reports to management
