Responsibilities

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Work with sales and customers to identify project technical requirement and provide product solution proposal 

·         Teamwork with Sales and NPI engineer to achieve project design-win and move forward to final production

·         Review RFP/RFQ, understand project’s technical requirement and specify or provide winning proposals

·         Manage project lifecycle from design concept, development, production release to end of life

·         Timely update project status and to-do items

·         Lead NPI and technical support team to meet technical related requirements

·         Work with cross-functional departments (such as quality, purchasing, production, etc.) to share project requirements and provide deliverables on time

·         Constantly provide market feedback to headquarters for new or future product development

·         Work as the solution advisor and technical liaison for assigned accounts

·         Perform technical engagement in assigned accounts to secure refreshment design-win and new project design-win

·         Maintain, generate, and/or provide required documents according to ISO procedures

·         Initiate, goal-setting and implement marketing programs to generate leads and promote brand solutions

·         Provide market trend analysis, product technical standard and application training for business departments

·         Establish product verification standard process

·         Efficiently communicate project support needs internally and externally
