Planning
In collaboration with Ambulatory Management Team, the Project manager develops a plan for the project, including defining the project's scope, creating a schedule, and listing critical activities
Risk Management
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure fewer issues arise. The Project Manager will schedule meetings, take minutes, and share minutes across stakeholders.
Monitoring
Ensure the project is completed on time and within scope. The Project Manager will be responsible for setting deadlines, communicating with the Ambulatory Management Team and updating the project plan continuously to reflect current state.
Communicating
Keep stakeholders updated on project, timeline, address concerns, and communicate changes. The Project Manager will participate in the weekly Operations Meetings and weekly Workflow Meetings top provide updates and gain critical information from the Ambulatory management Team.
