Responsibilities

• Programming and maintain programs on CMM
• Performing First Article Inspection Reports
• Performing of incoming, in-process and final inspection
• Maintain documents and records in accordance with customer specifications and all company procedures.
• Ensures compliance to all corporate policies, QMS and procedures through internal Audits
• Responsible for product and supplier quality, data generation, MRB &RMA processing and associated CAPA’s.
• Keep track with develop calibration logs and inspection procedures as needed.
• Create work instruction for CMM operator.
• Builds strong sense of teamwork within and beyond the departments.
• Be able to lift 50lbs
