Responsibilities
Analyzing products by performing quality checks post process - SMT, PTH and Mechanical
Verify Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and other supporting manufacturing documentation was implemented correctly.
First Article Inspection validation for assembly processes, as required
Requirements
Knowledge of IPC-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) for class-2 & 3
Read and understand manufacturing instructions
Ability to use a computer and navigate basic programs
Basic electronic component recognition and testing.Example testing resistor and capacitor values using a Digital Muli-Meter (DMM)
Work under a microscope for long periods to detect and record defects.
Ability to lift up to 15lbs as needed.Since some of our products are rather large.
Basic soldering and repair:e.g. fixing tombstone or bridges
