Ensure product is compliant to customer requirements
Daily meetings with customer
Respond to Customer concerns in a timely fashion using established response formats (5 Why, 5P, 8D, and etc.)
Strategize an outline and plan to improve key performance metrics
Support and maintain internal quality systems and TS16949 certification
Support internal manufacturing operations for quality related functions
Support lean initiatives.
Participate in PFMEA preparation
Oversee and maintain Control Plans and customer required Inspection Standards

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Six Sigma, PDCA, and A3
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Tier 1 Automotive
Knowledgeable in development and maintenance of Control Plans, PFMEA
Identify and interpret product prints and specifications.
Strong background in statistical analysis, DOE.
Certification in TS16949 Standard is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills for curating relationships with customers and team members.
