· Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
· Sort, organize, and store products in designated areas.
· Pick and pack orders according to packing lists and shipping instructions.
· Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
· Prepare and label shipments for delivery.
· Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies.
· Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
· Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
· Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks as needed.
· Understand shipping costs and eliminate unnecessary expenses related to errors and inefficiencies in the shipping process.
· Prepare shipping quotes as needed based on specific client need.
· Work with Operations team on any RMA related issues.
· Assist Technical Service with any light servicing and preparation of printer either inbound or outbound.
· Establish and maintains close working relationship with all departments, internal or external.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
