Job Description

• Familiar with basic incoming and outgoing Visual and Mechanical inspection of semiconductor wafers and packages.
• Can verify device count, lot number, and quantities written on a Test traveler/document.
• Familiar with basic IC semiconductor package and wafer handling.
• Familiar with basic Semiconductor Test Floor ESD procedures, lab smock, ground strap wrist strap, etc.
• Familiar with or understand binning/segregation of units done by a test program, pass, fail, other failure.
• Able to operate standard IC semiconductor package handlers like Seiko Epson, Synax, Chroma, HYAC or similar package handling equipment.
