Responsibilities

 Import customer data into various CAM systems.

 Perform design rule checks and edit data to comply with manufacturing guidelines.

 Create array configurations, rout and test programs, panelization and output data for production use.

 Create shop travelers, interpret customer supplied documentation, and interpret industry specifications.

 Create multi-layer, impedance, blind/buried via stack-ups.

 Work with process engineers to evaluate and provide strategy for advanced processing as needed.

 Itemize and correspond design issues with customers.

 Receive and share knowledge in a team environment.

Train Planners and CAM Operators to successfully complete their day to day responsibilities efficiently and with a high level of quality.

 Be available to managers and operators for any technical issues.  

 Must be flexible to maintain effective throughput within the department, some days maybe only planning functions while some days may be strictly cam functions or any combination dependent on department backlog and scheduling demands.

 Work extended hours and perform other duties based on the needs of the department and company.  

 Other duties as assigned.
