Responsibilities

Customer Administration

·         Answering customer inquiries about products, services, and orders. 

·        Addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively. 

·        Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance. 

·        Processing orders, cancellations, and returns. 

Communication:

·         Communicating clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, or chat. 

·        Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. 

·        Escalating issues to appropriate personnel when necessary. 

Problem Solving:

·         Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 

·        Ensuring customer satisfaction with products and services. 

Other Potential Tasks:

·         Assisting with product knowledge and answering product-related questions. 

·        Working with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience. 

Requirements

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service. 

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively. 

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and software. 

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. 

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with some customer service experience preferred. 

Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
