Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced, well-organized individual to provide support for our very busy customer management team. This individual will develop an intimate knowledge of the customer’s needs in order to handle customer inquiries and processes with the best interest of both customer and company. 

Responsibilities

  • Able to deal with customers issues in a supportive manner 
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both in writing and in speech
  • Clearly convey specific details to team and to customers, as needed
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook) and keyboard skills
  • Knowledge of ERP system is helpful.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Ability to be a vital part of the team
  • Good administrative skills
  • Quick to learn
  • Proactive

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in an office environment assisting customer service or sales
  • Experience working in a manufacturing company is very helpful
  • Job order data entry
  • Handling out of warranty customers
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes
