Work closely with sales team on sales quote and order configurations.
Support sales on various customer meetings and proposal generation.
Provide training for internal Sales and Marketing team on the product and solutions to be promoted.
Meet with vendors to understand their products and roadmap on features to be introduced in their new products.
Interact with internal Engineering team to get product performance and diagnostic information of each hardware component.

B.S. in EE, CS or related technical field.
5+ years of industry experience and 3+ in sales support.
Good communication skills for sales presentation, customer meeting and vendor communication.
Expertise in the x86 server architectures including computing, storage and networking.
Expertise in server component level knowledge and good understanding of feature/performance comparison among different vendors.
Familiar with rack level layout design, power calculation and cabinets/PDUs comparison.
Good knowledge of HPC, virtualization, cloud, big data and GPU solutions.
Knowledge of OEM, enterprise, data center as different customer type and their requirements.
Be able to travel for customer meeting if necessary.
Pro-active and self-motivated.
