Leadership of Project and Engineering Change Management as well as Shop Floor and Method Planningfor Processes, Equipment and Internal Material
Project Management for internal processes as well as complete projects (f.e. new cockpit or new line) in case of capacity problems in the region.
Layout planning and documentation in Auto CAD
CAPEX specification, technical follow up, steering of the installation and spare part definition
Planning/adjustment of the preventive and corrective maintenance plan (incl. E-Check and PLC)
Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECO) incl. calculation, bill of material, material planning, etc.
Steering of model changes, pre series cars and SOP/EOP
Interface for technical departments of the customer for assembly process issues and technical changes
Coordination of necessary E-Check adjustments to assure the traceability of safety parts
Create, implement and review processes include all necessary documents (MTM, Standardized Work, MIFA, etc.) under consideration of SC-/CC-characteristics, traceability of D-parts and ergonomics aspects
Process (assemply and logistics) and equipment FMEA
Responsibility for an upmost efficient industrial set-up in terms of capex and men and machine capacity
Responsibility for to obey industrial, our client standards for shop floor operational environment
Responsibility for an emergency procedure evaluation, set-up, training and maintenance
Failure analysis and evaluation; failure statistics on the E-check and PLC
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
State of the art in technology / system / IT / SPS and MSA
Experience in automotive industry (> 5 years)
Business focused and results oriented
Project management
Leadership experience.
Team or project leadership experience desired
Creation and validation of technical documents (if necessary with corresponding software)
