Responsibilities

·         Work with (assistant) project manager and customers to understand customer’s technical requirement

·         Work with design engineers to solve technical issues and ensure technical deliverables are met in time

·         Verify and validate product to meet the requirement

·         Build the first article or samples

·         Provide inputs for work instruction or traveler

·         Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer technical requirements

·         Support project manager to complete ISO documents

·         Provide Technical Transfer of new product to related departments in beta sample, pilot run and mass production phases

·         Provide product or project related training

·         Provide field technical support prior to mass production and solve customer’s technical issu

·         Coach/train new NPI engineer (Sr. NPI Engineer)
