Job Description

Familiar with basic incoming and outgoing Visual and Mechanical inspection of semiconductor wafers and packages.

Can verify device count, lot number, and quantities written on a Test traveler/document.

Familiar with basic IC semiconductor package and wafer handling.

Familiar with basic Semiconductor Test Floor ESD procedures, lab smock, ground strap wrist strap, etc.

Familiar with or understand binning/segregation of units done by a test program, pass, fail, other failure.

Able to operate standard handling equipment.
