Our client is a global and well-established computer software company. They are seeking a senior level Optimization Analyst to lead the data analysis and reporting of test KPIs
Responsibilities
Help define and drive test KPIs
Work with technology teams to understand data availability and build scripts to ingest data from various systems
Work with Test Managers to understand data needs, provide in- depth analysis support, and share associated business insights
Perform regular ad-hoc data querying and analysis to better understand customer behaviors including acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention
Gather, synthesize, and interpret disparate quantitative information sources, develop meaningful insights, and clearly disseminating to key stakeholders
Create and update regular reporting based on a variety of data sources
Understand, monitor, QA, translate, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on- going data quality
Requirements

Experience with Hadoop and Hive required
