Responsibilities

  • Assist with confidential HR function in recruitment, onboarding, existing and payroll
  • Support travel arrangement program (hotel reservations, booking flights, car rental, etc.) 
  • Assist with company events and meetings arrangement 
  • Verify receipts and maintain vendor listing
  • Handle facilities requests 
  • Respond to inquiries or redirect inquiries to appropriate staff member for response.
  • Various support and administrative responsibilities, i.e., filing, ordering and maintaining office supplies, setting appointments, maintaining calendars, opening and distributing mail, preparing and distributing correspondence, pulling data from various systems, editing documents, etc.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven administrative or assistant experience
  • Computer skills with software proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). 
  • Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to preserve confidentiality of information
  • Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
  • Ability to work within strict time frames and resolute deadlines.
