Responsibilities
Account management/Sales support
Manage accounting and bookkeeping
Domestic and international shipping & handling
Sales and customer data entry and management
Sales order processing
Complete monthly reconciliation for balance sheet accounts
Warranty and returns processing
Bills processing
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Quick books online a must, excel, word and powerpoint.
Bilingual Spanish Speaking Preferred
Small office with 3 employees. nice opportunity for growth.
Part time job. The working hours will be flexible and 2~30 hours per week depending on work load.
