1. Programming and maintain programs on CMM
2. Performing First Article Inspection Reports
3. Performing of incoming, in-process and final inspection
4. Maintain documents and records in accordance with customer specifications and all company
procedures.
5. Ensures compliance to all corporate policies, QMS and procedures through internal Audits
6. Responsible for product and supplier quality, data generation, MRB &RMA processing and
associated CAPA’s.
7. Keep track with develop calibration logs and inspection procedures as needed.
8. Create work instruction for CMM operator.
9. Builds strong sense of teamwork within and beyond the departments.
10. Be able to lift 50lbs
1. CMM Inspection and programming Mitutoyo MCOSMOS ( Crystal Apex C9108 and Crystal
Apex 776)
2. Must be proficient in GD&T Per ASME Y14.5
3. Strong math and statistic skills
4. Familiar with quality planning and sampling plans
5. Great written and oral communication skills
6. Experience at inspection machined parts with manual CMM, Optical comparator and all hand
inspection tools.
7. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008
