● Analyzing products by performing quality checks post process - SMT, PTH and Mechanical
● Verify Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and other supporting manufacturing documentation was implemented correctly.
● First Article Inspection validation for assembly processes, as required
● Knowledge of IPC-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) for class-2 & 3
● Read and understand manufacturing instructions
● Ability to use a computer and navigate basic programs
● Basic electronic component recognition and testing. Example testing resistor and capacitor values using a Digital Muli-Meter (DMM)
● Work under a microscope for long periods to detect and record defects.
● Ability to lift up to 15lbs as needed. Since some of our products are rather large.
● Basic soldering and repair: e.g. fixing tombstone or bridges
