Job Description
The SMT Operator will set up and program the screen printer, SMT pick and place machine, and reflow ovens to ensure all quality aspects for all assembly projects are being met. Candidate is also responsible for operating all machinery related to PCB assembly.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
- 2+ Years of SMT machine Operation. Juki Machine Operation preferred.
- Knowledge of solder paste print process
- Previous knowledge of mechanical, thru-hole, surface mount, electronic component identification and performing reworks on printed circuits boards a must.
- Ability to use quality related measuring equipment's.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain quality of products at all time.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new skills and tasks as required, especially PCB software (ProCim).
- Strong time and document management and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to take on new challenges within demanding deadlines utilizing results-oriented performance style.
- Strong work ethic, eager to learn and willing to contribute to meet company’s goal.
- Ability to work independently or with a team.
- Must be organized, detailed oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
- Ability to commute to different vendors/assembly houses as needed.
- Ability to perform at the highest level in a fast-paced environment.
