Responsibilities

QC repair technician, it needs to test, debug and repair of returned products.
Familiar with SBC, MB and Security Nework Communication Appliance device's repair and troubleshooting
Additional tasks include support other teams and interact with HUB management system.
Must ahve the ability to fill in FA report.

Requirements

Experience with Network equipment in Security Appiances.
Ability to troubleshooting hardware problems in a high volume repair facility.
Ability to follow SOP document to carry out RMA repair process
Ability to read schematic diagram is plus.
Must be able to lift a 35lbs package.
3 year's experience in PC, Network hardware FA and repair.
College Degree is desirable.
