Responsibilities

• Increase production yields of early production releases and pilot productions in a timely manner by debugging PCBs including digital and analog components and functional blocks, identify root cause and component related failures and provide guidelines of in-house PCB repairs.
• Develop methodology to systematically test board functionality and identify component failures.
• Write test reports and communicate with switch/ PC manufacturer. Provide failure statistics and recommend corrective actions and process improvements in the manufacturing process.
• Provide solutions and training of high-level diagnostic issues to the diagnostic technicians.
• Update and generate documentation as required.
• Responsible for all aspects of the test including selection and maintenance of test equipment and test procedures.
