Establish, document, implement and maintain a quality management system and continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of quality management system and ISO compliance.
Report to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.
Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements through the organization.
Define and implement operation standards, processes and procedures to comply with the delivery of services in regulated environment.
Develop and manage service level agreements to customers and ensure service levels are quantified, and maintain.
Be accountable to project resource, costs and timelines in the deliver of services of internal and external business unit initiatives.
Requirements
Good knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485 and 14001 standards and requirements.
