Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a semiconductor test engineering environment is preferred
- B.S. in Computer/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Related-engineering qualifications will be considered. M.S. is a plus.
- Well-experienced and knowledgeable in the fields of:
a. Feedback control systems
b. Mechatronics
c. Electronics/Electrical Engineering
d. Materials science
e. Fluid dynamics
f. Industrial Pneumatics
g. Programming languages (C/C++, LabView, VS.net)
- Capable of architecting and sourcing equipment to develop test systems
- Proficient in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, CosmosWorks, AutoCad, GD&T standards and technical drawings)
- Good understanding of engineering theory and principle of design
- Ability to comprehend customer electrical/mechanical/thermal design specifications; provides feedback to internal and external customers; ensure existing product line id based on established design processes and templates
- Good analytical ability and able to familiarize with company products very quickly
- Great sense of responsibility and urgency towards timely work assignments completion with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work independently, teamwork-oriented, and cost critical can adapt quickly to a very dynamic and demanding work environment
- Knowledge in semiconductor test tooling applications and design such as test contactors, fixtures, and temperature control apparatus is preferred
- Strong problem solving skills, tackling issues proactively, and able to devise contingency plans
