Job Description

A sales & marketing office of a Global consumer electronics company is seeking a full time A/R Specialis

Responsibilities

Apply daily cash receipts
Prepare customer statement, identify past due accounts and make collection calls
Research and resolve payment discrepancy, return discrepancy with customers
Process credit memos associated with promotion, rebate and marketing programs
File and organize invoices, CM, and sales contracts
Perform other accounting duties as needed

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business with a minimum of 2 years accounts receivable or equivalent experience
Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other applicable software
Ability to work independent, prioritize workload and provide a high level of customer service while responding to changing deadlines
Strong verbal and writing skills
