· Provide customers with invoices/ EDI and other documentation needed in the sales process
· CRA (Customer Return Authorization) issuing and management
· Update customer with shipping
· Data entry for both Logistics and Fulfillment
· Other assignments as requested by management

· Experience in order fulfillment, logistics or accounting
· Knowledge of High Jump EDI and Microsoft Dynamics GP helpful
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook
· Team player, co-operative, proactive, fast learner
· Ability to multi-task and work independently; to prioritize and perform tasks efficiently even when under pressure or time constraint and follow-through to completion
· Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
· Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication, organization and teamwork skills
