The Sr. Sales Support is primarily responsible to provide pre or/and post sales & logistics support to the designated accounts, develop strong relationships, and actively participate in all aspects of activities related to the order fulfillment of Company’s products – translating into steep revenue growth year-on-year. The position is responsible for the inventory management, including but not limited to forecast and inventory analysis. The position will work closely with our energetic Sales team, Finance counterparts as well as Product Manager. He/she plays a critical role in customer engagement and be responsible for the whole process of sales order management.
The candidate must be aware of the actions of the competition in the market and continuously counter with actions in alignment with our business policies and strategies. The incumbent shall comply with the internal quality control standards and requirements as well as participate in various company-wide initiatives/projects with the ultimate goal of the achievement of sales revenue.
