Responsibilities

·         Build up and manage electronic engineering team with professional capability to meet **** business demand and growth (Manager)

·         Plan and implement design and testing tools

·         Manage the team to complete product design on schedule

·         Set up and implement systematic and efficient methods for team’s

o   feasibility study

o   design

o   design review

o   debugging/problem solving

·         Manage engineering team to meet required/targeted

o   discipline

o   productivity

o   on-time delivery

o   professionalism

·         Optimize working model between engineering team and manufacturing vendors (such as PW) to bring design to sample, pilot run or mass production timely

·         Define EVT and DVT’s test items and template and implementation on new product’s EVT/DVT’s report

·         Implement DFX methodologies – Design for Cost/Manufacturing/Quality/Service, etc.

·         Implement risk management and analysis methodologies in design

·         Continue to increase design engineering’s capability, problem solving skills and technological knowledge

·         Define job description for all level engineers
