Job Description

Assists in tool installs. Performs repairs and routine preventative maintenance on electro-mechanical production equipment. Follows all production protocols in clean room gowning, working in class 1000 clean rooms, logging tool status in MES and working in teams to resolve production equipment issues.

Is required to safely work around high voltage and hazardous gases/chemicals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance to support assigned equipment.
  • Maintain equipment reliability standards, measurements and reports.
  • Adhere to written maintenance specifications for assigned tools.
  • Follow and complete maintenance check lists.
  • Identify and report equipment problems.
  • Follow industry standard Safety Guidelines and best practices at all times

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a high volume manufacturing environment as an Equipment or Maintenance Technician.
  • BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Strong team player in a cross functional environment.
  • Results oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eligible for membership in ERT Team
  • Ability to adhere to clean room gowning and work protocols.
