Job Description

Support Logistics Manager with daily order processing tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

  • General order processing including material allocation and production scheduling
  • Coordinate between sales/customers and operation
  • Control and audit sales price
  • Track shipment arrangements
  • Responsible for invoicing, billing posting, filing and mailing documents
  • Analyze sales orders, generate reports on business outlook and review operation performance 
  • Evaluate and negotiate couriers performance such as (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
  • Develop/improve efficiency and effectiveness on logistics operation workflow
  • Assist Global Supply Chain projects 

Requirements

  • Candidate must be detail oriented and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, analytical and multi-task skills
  • Able to type at least 40 WPM
  • Must be proficient with MS Excel
  • Required 2 year of experience in order processing, sales administration, or customer service
  • Required AA degree, prefer a bachelor degree in Business Administration
  • Knowledgeable in PC components
  • Familiar with SAP is a plus
