Touch-up/Rework

Responsible for all production activities of the Touch Up area in order to complete the assigned work order correctly.

Activities include but not limited to:
Pull work order from touch up staging shelf.
Check Manufacturing Process Instruction ( M.P.I.), Assembly Work Instructions, and the print.
Follow instructions from these documents to complete work order.
Hand solder other parts and jumpers as required by the print or MPI.
Comply with IPC 610 specifications.
After completion, take work order to water clean machine and run job through machine or hand clean if necessary.
Place work order on Second Assembly staging shelf.

High school diploma or equivalent and must be highly dependable with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
2-3 yrs. rework or soldering skills required.
Good hand/eye coordination.
Ability to read and interpret documents and prints is required along with basic computer skills.
ISO-9000 experience desirable.
