Job Description

Interact with Applications Engineering, project owners and development teams to develop strong understanding of project and testing objectives
To develop procedures and tools for testing, calibrating and verification of equipment on thermal/mechanical/electrical related products
Participate in troubleshooting activities with different teams striving for root cause identification and resolution 
Design and/or source automation test system required for product testing and outgoing QA inspection
Document, track and escalate issue as needed (DOE result, ECO, CAR etc.)
Participate in product testing related documentation (standard operation procedure, work instructions, report template and training documents)

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 5 years working experience in a semiconductor test engineering environment.
  2. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Related engineering qualifications will be considered. Master Degree a plus.
  3. Well experienced and knowledgeable in the fields of: 
  4. Fluid dynamics
  5. Feedback control systems
  6. Mechatronics
  7. Capable of architecting and sourcing equipment to develop test systems.
  8. Good understanding of engineering theory and principle of design.
  9. Good analytical ability and able to familiarize with company products very quickly. 
 
Additional Desired Qualifications:
  • Great sense of responsibility and urgency towards timely work assignments completion with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge in semiconductor test tooling applications 
  • Strong problem solving skills.
