Requirements
Minimum 10 - 15 years hands-on experience in progressively growing leadership roles within the medical instrument manufacturing industry, with at least 10 years of direct supervisory responsibility.
Prefer direct experience with DNA sequencing laboratory equipment, however previous supervisory experience with the following technologies shall be considered:
Aerospace or defense technologies (Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Northrup-Grumman, examples).
Space / Satellite technologies (Space Systems Loral, example).
Other Robotic, precision integration fields (Tactical Robotics).
Technical degree, BSEE / BSME (minimum), will consider other BS fields with appropriate previous work-experience(s).
Successful history of consistent employment with no large or unexplained gaps.
Direct supervisory experience of a dynamic, versatile and varied experience-level workforce. Ability to manage a variety of personality types and situations.
