Job Description

This position will take on special projects across the on-boarding and skills program as well as other activities that span the Global Programs team to temporarily support programs until FTE’s can be hired and ramped fully.  The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with ever-changing priorities, and can build effective working relationships cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage project plans for a variety of small to medium projects
  • Interface with production teams, key program team members, and various stakeholders affected by the project
  • Build status reports and communications to support the program teams
  • Calendar events and activities related to a project that keep it on track and manage the timeline
  • Manage purchase requisitions/order of vendor services and invoice to meet quarterly deadlines
  • Identify issues and risks that are impacting projects and escalating to Sr. Managers/Director to take  actions on
  • Keep a risk and issue log and track activities through to resolution 
  • Update various tracking spreadsheets and collect information to keep trackers current
  • Create supporting presentations to assist in communicating out program/project status 

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience working in a corporate environment
  • Experience working in an enablement and/or sales operations environment
  • Budget management experience
  • Strong project management skill sets: organized, attention to detail, responsive, good follow through
  • Excellent coordination skills between various stakeholders and project team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong decision making ability and good judgment
  • Positive attitude and ability to remain agile with evolving team priorities
  • Good presentation skills, able to communicate information in a clear and concise manner
  • Good networker, ability to pick up the phone and call people without prior introduction
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deadlines
