Co-ordinate in bound shipment of return products, internal processing of the RMA product and out bound shipment of repaired product for assigned product lines.
Receive authorized returned products in the SAP system. Ship complete repaired product in SAP.
Perform initial inspection of return product for any shipment damage or visual damage such as rust/big dents/burn marks.
Maintain and Update SAP and excel reports for every unit received and repaired and shipped.
Collect from engineering repair part list and prepare requisition for purchasing to purchase components required for repair and also other items required for repair. Keep a log.
Interface with customer RMa representative for updates of repair inventory, repair TAT and outbound shipment tracking.
Store the return product and repaired product in warehouse, move the units from receiving to repair work bench, return repaired product to shipping.
Print all paperwork associated with repair such as shipping label, RMA numbers, shipment packing slips etc. and give it to shipping for packaging unit.
Communicate with production operators, warehouse personnel, and Engineering teams in relation to repairing and testing products. Follow up three times a week to update status of repair.
Provide simple reports for aging RMA product, TAT in Excel and out of SAP.

Requirements
High school diploma or GD.
Basic knowledge of packaging, shipping process, return process, data entry, reporting.
Great attention to detail and very well organized
Excellent soft skills, team work, can do attitude. Ability to influence others for cooperation and team work.
Good written, verbal and communications skills
Knowledge of SAP/Oracle or equivalent MRP system.
Computer literate, good with Microsoft Excel
2-3 years’ experience in order fulfillment, shipping, customer service.
Prior RMA experience a plus
Ability to stand for long period of time, ability to lift 10-15 lbs packages for receiving and shipping units daily, ability to walk around the factory unimpaired.
