Setup, operate and maintain the Acculogic Scorpion flying probe machines. Experience with other flying probe equipment of other manufacturers may be considered.
Setup, operate, and maintain all test equipment, including functional test equipment.
Operate Oscilloscope, function generators, multimeters and other test equipment.
Read and interpret schematics and other assembly documents including BOM, drawings, and instructions.
Read / verify the values of the part.
Follow test procedures to perform functional testing or manual testing requirements.
Debug a failed board or verify a false failure on bench.
Communicate with technicians.
Able to follow instruction from process engineering or from the customers.
Clean and maintain work area.
Requirements
Good communication skills.
Good knowledge of how to use computers in test environment, including MS Word and Excel.
Good knowledge and experience of testing equipment in general.
1 year+ experience as a Test Operator, with working knowledge to perform all mentioned duties.
